The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator providing frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating from -40°C to 125°C. It accepts supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V and delivers LVCMOS/LVTTL output with 3.5 mA typical current consumption at 1.8 V. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it features OE and ST pins for output control and requires a 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, qualified for industrial, medical, and non-AEC-Q100 automotive applications.
