The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator providing frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V. The device consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V and features an LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
