The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator for frequencies from 80.000001 to 220 MHz, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in standard 4-pin packages sized 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V, with a maximum current consumption of 36 mA at 100 MHz and 2.5 V.
