The SiT8209 series is an ultra-performance MEMS oscillator offering frequencies from 80.000001 to 220 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It features ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output, and operates over extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges. Available in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V and consumes 30 to 36 mA at 100 MHz. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards, is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and boasts a 500 million hour MTBF. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators.
