The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance oscillator offering any frequency between 80.000001 and 220 MHz with a frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 PPM, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and a maximum RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges.
