The SiT8209 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible oscillator designed for applications requiring precise frequency control, such as networking, computing, and telecom. It supports output frequencies from 80.000001 to 220 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 PPM over industrial or extended commercial temperature ranges of -40 to +85 °C or -20 to +70 °C. The device is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It features ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), operates with supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, and consumes 30 to 36 mA under no-load conditions at 100 MHz. The oscillator meets RoHS and REACH standards and offers 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability. Pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz oscillators is guaranteed.
