The SiT8208 is an ultralow phase jitter oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with stability as low as ±10 PPM, available in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. It provides LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage. Phase jitter is 0.5 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, with 2 FIT failure rate and RoHS and REACH compliance.
