The SiT8208 is a surface-mount ultra-performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Frequency stability ranges from ±10 to ±50 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, temperature, supply, and load variations, with first-year aging of ±1.5 ppm at 25 °C. The device operates from supply voltages of 1.71 to 3.63 V and consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
