The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing a configurable frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with a phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 PPM. It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards and demonstrates a reliability of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
