The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 80 MHz, supporting configurable frequencies accurate to six decimal places. It offers frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm depending on operating temperature range, which extends from -40°C to +85°C for industrial use. The device features ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and provides a 100% pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
