The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, providing LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Frequency stability ranges from ±10 to ±50 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, temperature, supply, and load variations, with first-year aging of ±1.5 ppm and 10-year aging of ±5 ppm at 25 °C. Phase jitter is 0.5 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz integration bandwidth. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and is RoHS and REACH compliant with a 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF rating.
