The SiT8208 is an ultra performance LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz accurate to six decimal places, with phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 PPM. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device offers 100% pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators, operates on supply voltages of 1.71-1.89 V, 2.25-2.75 V, 2.52-3.08 V, or 2.97-3.63 V, and consumes 29-33 mA depending on voltage and frequency. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance with a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
