The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 PPM, and ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It supports supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, with a maximum current consumption of 33 mA at 20 MHz and 2.5 V. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, offers 500 million hour MTBF, and is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators.
