The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, meets RoHS and REACH standards, and has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
