The SiT8208 series is an ultra performance oscillator providing frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 PPM, and ultra low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible outputs, operates over industrial or extended commercial temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, with power supply options of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards. It achieves 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability.
