The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator generating any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with ±10 to ±50 ppm frequency stability, featuring 0.5 ps phase jitter, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and availability in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, operates on supply voltages of 1.71 to 3.63 V, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards. The part is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators with 2 FIT failure rate and ≤10 ms startup time.
