The SiT8208 is an ultra performance LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator capable of generating any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is offered in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device provides frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM over the operating temperature range of -20 to +70 °C for extended commercial or -40 to +85 °C for industrial use. It features ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and operates with supply voltages of 1.71-1.89 V, 2.25-2.75 V, 2.52-3.08 V, or 2.97-3.63 V. The oscillator is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz-based oscillators, meets RoHS and REACH standards, and has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
