The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed as a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz-based oscillators in computing, storage, networking, and telecom applications. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device provides ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm over temperature. Operating temperature ranges include extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) grades.
