The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm. It is available in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. Operating temperature ranges cover extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) and industrial (-40 to +85 °C) grades. Supply voltages include 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, and 3.3 V options. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and meets RoHS and REACH standards with 500 million hour MTBF. The device includes OE and ST control pins and supports startup time under 10 ms.
