The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial or extended commercial temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device is a 100% pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators, supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, and consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on voltage and frequency. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards and offers 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability. The part is Pb-free and supports OE and ST control pins for enable and standby functions.
