The SiT8208 is a silicon oscillator offering any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, featuring LVCMOS/LVTTL output and 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Frequency stability ranges from ±10 to ±50 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, temperature, and supply variations. It is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, operates with supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, or 3.3 V, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
