The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz integration bandwidth. It is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is pin-compatible with quartz oscillators.
