The SiT8208 is an Ultra Performance Oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM. The device is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, operates from 1.71 to 3.63 V, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. It features 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability.
