The SiT8208 is an LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator providing any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with 6-decimal-place accuracy, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. It is available in 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability ranges from ±10 to ±50 ppm across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Phase jitter is 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It operates from 1.71 to 3.63 V, drawing 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz. Output rise/fall time is 1.2 to 2 ns with a 15 pF load, and duty cycle is 45 to 55%. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with 2 FIT reliability.
