The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with LVCMOS/LVTTL output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators in computing, storage, networking, and telecom applications. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device offers frequency stability from ±10 to ±50 ppm over the industrial temperature range of −40 to +85 °C and operates with supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V. It features ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF. The oscillator is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant.
