The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 80 MHz, frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm, and ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages with dimensions of 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and supplies a 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V output compatible with LVCMOS/LVTTL logic. It has a 31 mA maximum current draw at 20 MHz and 1.8 V supply, and supports pin-to-pin replacement of quartz oscillators. The part meets RoHS and REACH compliance with 2 FIT reliability and 500 million hour MTBF.
