The SiT8208 is a ultra performance oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards.
