The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 PPM over temperature and supply variations. The device supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, consumes 29 to 33 mA under no-load conditions depending on supply voltage, and complies with Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH standards. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators and features 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability, with OE and ST pins for output enable and standby control.
