The SiT8208 series is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, LVCMOS/LVTTL output, and ±10 to ±50 ppm frequency stability over operating temperature. It is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and provides 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, supports industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, and meets RoHS and REACH standards. It has a 2 FIT failure rate or 500 million hour MTBF and is designed for applications in computing, storage, networking, and telecom.
