The SiT8009B is a high-frequency, low-power MEMS oscillator with a frequency range of 115 to 137 MHz, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XOs in applications such as network switches, routers, and embedded systems. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, consumes 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 to 3.63 V. It features LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, 5 ms startup time, and standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm inclusive of temperature, aging, and supply variations. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
