The SiT8008B is a low-power programmable oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as tight as ±20 ppm. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, 5 ms startup time, standby mode, and industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. The part is designed as a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
