The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating from -40°C to 85°C, and consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, 5 ms startup time, and standby mode with current as low as 0.2 µA. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is pin-compatible with quartz XOs and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony content.
