The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates from -40°C to 85°C and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, 5 ms startup time, and standby mode with current as low as 0.2 µA. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 × 1.6 mm, 2.5 × 2.0 mm, 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
