The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The device consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V and features a 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output.
