The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm, operating from -40°C to 85°C, and consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, includes standby mode with microamp-level current draw, and features a 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant.
