The SiT8008B is a low power programmable oscillator offering any frequency from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features a 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS output.
