The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. It features on-chip power regulators to eliminate external LDOs, supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, and offers digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to vibration, shock, and board bending.
