The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision Super-TCXO compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications, designed for high-reliability telecom, networking, and GNSS applications. It features a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device offers ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, a typical frequency slope of ±1 ppb/°C, and 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 seconds averaging. It integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and supports LVCMOS or clipped sine wave outputs with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
