The SiT5356 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz Stratum 3 compliant Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and 3.3 V supply voltage. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution. The device meets Telcordia GR-1244-CORE specifications, resists vibration, shock, and board bending, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
