The SiT5348 is a precision MEMS Super-TCXO offering ±50 ppb frequency stability from -40°C to 105°C, designed for aerospace and defense applications. It features a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package, LVCMOS output, and operates at 2.8 V ±10%. The device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO, offers acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and provides frequency tuning via an I2C interface with 5 ppt resolution. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with shock survivability exceeding 30,000 g.
