The SiT5346 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision MEMS Super-TCXO with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and a maximum acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g. It is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, operates at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. It is fully compliant with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 oscillator specifications and features digital frequency pulling via I2C with 5 ppt resolution for DCTCXO configurations. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
