The SiT5346 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz precision Super-TCXO with a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package, designed for high-reliability applications in defense, space, and avionics. It offers ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature, an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, operates on 3.3 V supply voltage, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
