The SiT5346 is a ruggedized precision MEMS Super-TCXO operating from 1 MHz to 60 MHz with ±100 ppb frequency stability across temperature and an acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g. It features an on-chip regulator to eliminate the need for an external LDO, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. The device complies with Telcordia GR-1244-CORE Stratum 3 specifications and is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case.
