The SiT5157 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, precision GNSS, and audio/video applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features LVCMOS output with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device is packaged in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm surface-mount format and includes on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. This part supports DCTCXO mode with I2C digital frequency control, offering up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution. Factory programmability allows customization of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range.
