The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs. This part is factory programmable for frequency, voltage, and pull range, with a 2.5 V supply voltage and non-pullable output frequency configured via OE pin control. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and designed for high-reliability applications including precision GNSS, telecom, and networking.
