The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, GNSS, and audio/video applications. It is housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO, offers LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, and supports supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free construction.
