The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to +105°C operating temperatures. It features DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for enhanced dynamic stability under environmental stressors, on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and LVCMOS output. The device is packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount housing and supports supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
