The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, and precision GNSS applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package and features on-chip regulators that eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with a 2.8 V supply voltage and clipped sinewave output, offering voltage control of output frequency. It supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and resists environmental stressors including vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference.
