The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to +105°C, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, and GNSS applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and operates at 3.3 V supply voltage. The device includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and supports digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and resists shock, vibration, and board bending.
