The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, operating from -40°C to +105°C. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, and accepts supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The DCTCXO configuration includes an I²C interface for digital frequency control with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and resists shock, vibration, and board bending.
